Human Resource Management (HRM) department is an integral part of Quest. Its main function is the management of the organization’s workforce. HRM department is primarily responsible for recruitment, selection, training, assessment and rewarding employees. In addition, it oversees organizational leadership and culture while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
The department deals with the issues of people relating to hiring, training, performance management, organization development, communication and administration, safety and wellness, employee motivation, benefits and compensation.
